№ 02Capability

A single procurement counterpart for specification, sourcing and delivery.

We translate institutional specifications — fabric, weave, fastenings, finish, sizing — into compliant, on-time deliveries from vetted manufacturers.

Courtfield works directly with quartermasters, central procurement units and tender authorities. Each engagement starts with a written brief: end-use, climate, wear cycle, regulatory standard, sizing demographic, and delivery cadence. From that brief we run material selection, sample approvals, fabric inspection and shipment in parallel — under one contract, one point of accountability.

Our supplier network is selected for technical capability, inspection discipline and dependable export execution. Courtfield coordinates fabric, trim, cut-and-sew, documentation and freight as one controlled programme, reducing gaps between specification, production and handover.

i.
Specification-led

Every order is referenced to a written technical pack — composition, weave, GSM, colourfastness, sizing chart, finishing.

ii.
One contract

A single FZCO-issued contract covers sampling, production, inspection, freight and handover documentation.

iii.
Inspection at source

4-point fabric inspection and AQL garment audits before goods leave the line — not after they arrive in country.

iv.
Vertically sourced

Fibre to finished garment under one mill where possible — reducing lead time and quality variance between batches.

№ 04Quality & compliance

Audit-ready by design, not by exception.

Public procurement requires more than a finished product — it requires a paper trail that survives scrutiny. Our manufacturing partner runs a documented quality and compliance system covering ethics, fabric, garments and shipping records.

Documentation is issued in your tender language and matched to your contract clauses on delivery.

5-star ethical compliance

Highest tier rating across labour, health and safety, environment and business ethics dimensions.

Independently audited

SEDEX approved supplier

Listed on SEDEX with current SMETA audit; reports available on request to procurement officers.
